Happy, happy birthday, Nathan dear

Nate turned 34 years old today. He just gets better and better with every year. I want to wish him a happy birthday! We had a fun day today. We woke up early for church and presents. Megan bought him some candy canes with her own money.
Sammy gave him a bag of Reisens Chocolate Chews.
And I gave him a shooting stick. It's something he can use on his Javelina Hunt coming up in February. He had asked me to get him nothing for a present, but I got him this instead.
For our fun and adventurous birthday extravaganza, we headed to Chandler to the roller rink. Really and seriously. Nate and I have already realized that we are going to feel this tomorrow. Hahaha. I love people watching at the roller rink. Some people take their skating really seriously. I used to back in '82, but not so much any more.
I took these action shots while we were there. We were skating as I took these. How bout those skills? (That is why I have that slightly manic look in my eyes)

And speaking of skills, Nate pulled these moves out before we left.

I hope Nate had a great and fun day, he certainly deserves it! We love you honey!

I hope all of your wishes come true!

That's pretty impressive... skating at your age. :) But we know that Nate is really a kid at heart, right? By the way, love the pictures of the girls on your header. You have to teach me how to do that, Blogmaster.
