Ornament Exchange

Every year in Nate's family, all the women get together and have lunch and do an ornament exchange! I believe we have been doing it for nine years now. I love this tradition, it is great to see all the fun and different ideas everyone comes up with. You can make them or buy them, it doesn't matter. I love this because it is a great chance for just the women to meet together. (And sometimes a few kids get to come along!) Even though I live so far away now, I still make my ornaments and send them up to Utah, and my mother-in-law, Kristy is nice enough to ship my new stash down here. The best part is, I get 15 new ornaments each year! I have so many ornaments, they won't fit on my tree. I had to set up another small tree in the family room. What a great problem to have!

I love that tradition. I have been trying to think of some new traditions, and I think I am going to start that one!

Where's the barbies with no legs? Wasn't that going to be your ornament?? I want to see your creativeness! Also, love the new blog look! You're soooo clever. I like how just the part with words move and the background stays put!
